Polydata is a data analytics platform that aggregates and displays publicly available prediction market data. The Platform streams data from open, publicly accessible APIs of third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Polymarket. Polydata is an independent analytics tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any prediction market platform whose data it displays.

2. No Financial Advice

Polydata does not provide financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, or any form of solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, contract, or position on any prediction market or other platform.

All data, charts, analytics, scores, and metrics displayed on the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

3. No Warranty on Data Accuracy

The data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party APIs and public sources. Polydata does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data shown. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform, its content, or any services obtained through it, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polydata, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or circumvents rate limits, unless you are using our official API under a valid subscription;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design — are the property of Polydata and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Polydata has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access them entirely at your own risk.

8. Subscription Services and Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the Platform at the time of purchase.
